Returns

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, it may happen that the chocolate does not fully meet your expectations. In that case, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without having to give a reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day that you receive your order in full.

Do you want to return a product?
Please return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Make sure the product is unopened and undamaged to receive the full purchase price back. If the packaging is opened or the product is damaged, the costs of this are at your expense and we may not be able to refund the full amount. In case of damage, part of the amount will be retained.

Refund
Once we have received your return or you can prove that you have sent the package, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days, including any shipping and transaction costs. Have you ordered multiple products and are you only returning one? Then you will only receive the amount for the returned product. The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense. The refund will be made via the same payment method that you used for your order, unless you explicitly choose a different method. No extra costs will be charged for this.
