TransIP – Email traffic

We use TransIP to manage and process our email traffic. This means that when you send us an email or receive a message, this communication goes through TransIP's secure servers. TransIP ensures that your data remains protected and is not shared with third parties, unless this is required by law.

Mollie – Payment Processing

For the safe handling of payments we work together with Mollie. When you place an order, Mollie processes the transaction and ensures that the amount is transferred correctly. Mollie applies strict security measures to protect your payment details. We only receive the necessary payment status via Mollie and no full bank or credit card details.

PostNL, UPS, DHL, DPD – Shipping of orders

We use the services of PostNL to ship our products. In order to deliver your order correctly and on time, we share your name, address details and possibly your email address and telephone number with PostNL. This allows them to keep you informed of the status of your shipment and to ensure that your package arrives safely and at the right address.

MyBelasting – Invoicing and administration

For our financial administration and invoicing we use MyBelasting. This system allows us to generate invoices, process payments and meet our legal accounting obligations. The data processed herein, such as your name, address and invoice details, are used exclusively for administrative purposes and are not shared with third parties outside the legal authorities that may request this.

Retention periods

Choco Truf does not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. This means that we store your data for as long as you are a customer of ours or for as long as the law requires it. For example, invoice data is stored in accordance with the statutory fiscal retention obligation. After the retention period, your data will be carefully deleted or anonymized.
